1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using M4AtoWAV.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Local Sandbox Usage
M4AtoWAV.com provides a browser-based audio transcoding interface. We supply WebAssembly binary assets that transcode audio streams locally in your browser memory.
You understand and agree that:
- Conversion speed and stability depend on your device hardware (CPU power, RAM volume, and browser support).
- We do not host, store, copy, or see the files you compile.
- You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your media files.
3. User Responsibilities & Copyrights
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not convert files that violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
Since compiling takes place on your local machine, you maintain sole responsibility for the legality of the files you process and save.
4. Disclaimers of Warranties
M4AtoWAV.com is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The WebAssembly compilation will succeed for every M4A file container variant.
- The conversion will be completely free of errors.
- The output file metadata will be fully preserved.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall M4AtoWAV.com, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, browser tab crashes, or hardware memory overhead) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
